PUT chickpeas in a pot and cover them with water. Cover and heat until they boil and get soft.
ADD more water if it is necessary. Once they are soft keep a cup of this water and drain the rest.
BLEND chickpeas with the rest of ingredients until you get a uniform pasta. (You can add little by little the water you kept, only if it is necessary).
POUR this hummus in a bowl and serve with arabic browned breath.
