Ingredientes

Ingredients

    1 tablespoon peanut oil
    录 onion, sliced
    1 pimiento morr贸n, cut into strips
    2 carrots, peeled and cut into strips
    陆 cup brocoli bunchesi
    陆 cup mushrooms, sliced
    8 spring roll leaves (you can buy it in oriental products stores)
    Enough oil for frying

    Rice


    1 cup Morelos rice Verde Valle庐
    2 cup of water

    Sauce


    陆 cup soybean sauce
    1 lemon juice
    2 "chiles serranos", roasted, sliced

Preparation

PREPARE rice, place it in a pot with water, let it begins to boil, reduce heat and let it until it gets cooked.

HEAT peanut oil in a frying pan, fry onion until it gets transparent, add pepper, carrots and brocoli, until they get soft.

ADD mushrooms and continue cooking a little bit more, take away and let it get cold.

PLACE a spring leaf on a chop table with one corner down. Place on that corner 2 rice tablespoons and few vegetables.

FOLD up the corner, then fold inside the rest of the corners and then start wraping until you get a perfect roll. Do the rest following the same steps.

HEAT enough oil, fry the rolls until they get browned and drain on absorbent paper.

For the sauce:

STIR the ingredients, serve the rolls with this sauce.
