- 3 cups peruano beans Verde Valle庐, cooked
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup white onion, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 "chile jalape帽o", cut in 2 pieces

- 1 pinch cummin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Arabic bread, browned
Decoration
- Goat cheese
- "Chile jalape帽o" rings
Preparacion
HEAT oil in a pot, add onion and cook until it gets transparent.
ADD chili, chopped garlic, orégano, cumin and fry for a minute.
ADD beans and let the soup consumes. Press beans to make them refried and cook until they get dry.
SERVE with goat cheese on top, jalapeño rings and arabic browned bread.
