SOAK dried broad beans in water overnight. Drain and place in a pressure cooker over high heat, as soon as it starts to whistle, reduce heat and cook for 25 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow to cool completely. Allow steam to escape from the pressure valve before opening the pot.
GRIND 2 tomatoes with garlic clove, chilies and 1/4 onion into a blender.
FRY sauce in a tablespoon of oil for 3 minutes and season with salt. Add mashed broad beans, you can pass it through potato masher and mix it.
FILL each tortilla with some stewed broad beans. Fry in oil until it get browned.
SERVE with cream, lettuce and cheese, can be also served with sauce.
