FRY bacon in a pot until it gets crunchy, add onion and don't stop moving until it gets soft.
ADD pepper and celery and move constantly until they get soft; add the rice previously washed and drained.
MOVE for a minute and add a cup of chicken soup, reduce heat and move constantly until it completely absorbs.
ADD the rest of the chicken soup, a little of salt and pepper.
COVER and let it cook until you can see the rice, when this happens, add peas, cover it again and settle in fire until soup has been completely absorbed and rice cooked.
BEFORE serving, sprinkle parmesan cheese and chilli flakes.
