COOK lentils with water, a piece of onion and salt. You can do it in a press cooker or in a normal pan, just be careful lentils stay firm. Once they are cooked, strain.
HEAT oil in a pan, fry the chopped onion until it looks transparent, take away from heat and let it cool.
MIX in a bowl the meat, parsley, onion, lentils, carrots and season it with chicken soup powder, marjoram, thyme, tomato sauce, english sauce and seasoning juice. Add egg and if it is necessary salt and pepper. Stir.
WRAP with waxed paper a pancake container and stuff it with the mashed meat. Cook at 180 ºC for 30 minutes. Take out of the container and slice it.
SERVE it over lettuce, decorate with olives, tomato and corn.
